في رحلتي عــبر تصفح المدونات, وجدت هذا الموضوع وقد لفت أنتباهي و أعجبني كثيراً لما يحويه من منطق قد غاب عن ذهن البشرية .

"My friend flunked maths - Maths is a totally useless, nonsense and a crappy subject - should be discarded and never taught!”
“My neighbor had a fatal car accident - Cars are reckless - they should be banned!”
” I want to write a review of a book.. a book which i have never read”
What do you think of the above three statements? logical? clever? factual? or downright stupid!??

But this is exactly how we judge Islam and then think that we are the most intelligent being on earth!
If a Muslim fails in Islam - we blame Islam. If a muslim does something wrong, criminal, offensive or sinful, we love to blame it on Islam.
If a muslim causes fatalities by becoming a terrorist, a murderer or a killer, we blame Islam.

We all want to write a review of Quran or pass judgements on Islam and Allah(God) and Prophet Muhammad (saw) despite the fact we have never really read Quran back to back and have never really understood the message, the story line of the Quran!
Our point of reference in understanding Islam is totally messed up! It is totally stupid! Insane and illogical- just like all three statements above.
We look up to Muslims of today to understand Islam instead of looking up to the Quran..

We look up to terrorists and militants to come to a conclusion about Islam instead of looking at Seerah of Prophet Muhammad saw.
We look up to interpretations of the Quran by orientalists, atheists, CNN and BBC instead of looking up the experts of Islam i.e practicing muslim scholars.

Would you ever go to study algebra and arithmetics from a person who flunked maths in school and college? Then why do you go to fox, cnn, bbc, atheists, heretics and lunatics to get your info about Quran and Islam?

The correct reference to understanding Islam is Quran and the Life of Prophet Muhammad (saw) …but even here people may go wrong.
Have you ever heard of a person who became a doctor by self studying? Without ever going to a medical college, without ever doing practicals - just by reading books on medicine can a person become a doctor? qualified to see patients?

Similarly to understand Quran and seerah you need a teacher a guide who can assist you, help you, clarify concepts and explain the context and details to you.Your part is to verify and cross check so you are not misguided.
So learn to :
Judge Islam Justly
remember Not everything that a Muslim does is Islam
If a Muslim fails in Islam, blame the Muslim, not his Islam
Judge Islam by Quran and Seerah - not by opinions of orientalists, heretics and lunatics
